Cultivated intensively for more than a century, these mushrooms are among the most well known. They are also called “cave mushrooms” when they are cultivated in caves.
How to prepare mushrooms
If they are whole, brush the mushrooms before cooking them. If they are sliced and “ready-to-use”, they just need to be cooked.
How to store mushrooms.
Our mushrooms are sold in film-covered punnets allowing the product to breathe.
We advise you to keep this film on the punnet to prevent the mushrooms from drying out and losing weight during storage. Keep them in the bottom of the fridge at an ideal temperature of 2 to 4°C, for a maximum of 3 days.
